“In March 24 we had a tricky renovation project on our 1970’s 2 story house. Zane and his team helped us achieve our goal, replacing all the aluminium joinery with new windows, door, sliders and bifolds. With an older home and it being brick there were many challenges which they just quietly worked through until they had a solution. We were impressed with the quality of their work and care taken, they were great with detail which is needed on jobs like this. All those on site were really pleasant to have around and we had excellent communication about what was happening and when. They even organised for the sale of our old worn out joinery, plus it was an unexpected pleasure to have builders who cleaned up after themselves! “I have recently engaged Broadbelt Builders Ltd on some renovation work for my bach at Omaha which involved some extensive exterior decking work and the recladding of some of the existing surfaces with cedar. Four weeks into our renovations we started to get the first of the Purple Heart decking applied and I was impressed with quality, foresight and the attention to detail that the team was applying to the project as it was second to none and well ahead of a lot of other contractors that I had used in the past.
